Kirti Pande

Kirti Pande is the Founder and CEO of AIDO Health, a voice-first healthcare platform focused on transforming communication in oncology care. Based in Princeton, New Jersey, Kirti previously served as Associate Director at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where she led data science and analytics initiatives in clinical and commercial functions. She has also worked with firms like Accenture and Novartis, driving digital strategy and AI adoption in global healthcare systems. Kirti earned her Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University and her undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune. As a Jdable board member, she brings deep expertise in AI, health-tech innovation, and patient-centered product development.
